Senswella is a graduate of Seminole State College where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management. Shortly after, she obtained her Contractor’s License with the state of Florida. Senswella understands the psychology of people of all characters and strives to know what drives them which translates well into real estate. She is also adept at analyzing situations from both sides of a transaction as an advocate whose goal is to insightfully negotiate successful deals where maximum value is realized.
