I don't normally do reviews because people just talk. HOWEVER, I am doing one now, because I was asked by someone, I believe in. Senswella is awesome! I've tried buying a home a few years back; haven't tried since and just stayed in my ever smaller-growing house. The reason it took so long to get back in the search was that I had the worse experience ever! They were not knowledgeable, they were ill-prepared and worse of all, they weren't in it for me; to see me completely satisfied. Senswella is the step-by-step realtor. "This is what you'll need", "this is when I'd like to have it by", "this is what they are offering, and this is my SUGGESTION on a counteroffer". She is there when you need her. One time I heard her baby in the background laughing... she helped me and the baby at seven o'clock at night because I JUST HAD TO find out a property I saw while I was driving that night. I am in love with Senswella's drive to see her clients happy. I appreciate her more for doing her best and never letting the bleak look black. I can't wait to close on my next property with her. I strongly recommend her to anyone wanting to be treated fairly, anyone wanting to be seen as a person and not a commission check, anyone that doesn’t want to regret their final choice on a count that the realtor left something out. Be smart, be aware and begin with picking the right realtor. I did. Never a flinch or doubt. Thank you. Four stars for the negotiation, because we haven't closed yet, but so far it's looking promising. :-)

Senswella was great and patient with my husband and I who very specific shoppers. We had a specific budget, specific area for a certain school and probably picky in general. We also had to contend with a upcoming expiring lease so we had a certain amount time to close. Senswella took us to everything and more to give us as much options as she could. She never complained, she never blew us off. She gathered info about our taste, needs and wants for a good balance. We finally found our home after 13 months of shopping. In the final days, our lender dropped the ball and cause some delays, but Senswella got us an extension with the seller which is often hard to do in short sales. Speaking of short sale...given our limited timeline, Senswella warned us to NOT go for a short sale. We didn't listen but she NOT ONCE threw that in our face when the delays came...well maybe once:-) But she didn't give up on us no matter what!!!! She had a good disposition throughout it all. Patient. VERY patient!

My husband and I relocated to Florida after our service in the US Army was complete. We knew we wanted to live in the Deltona area and Senswella took us to every corner of Deltona. I am a hard person to please, but she was patient with me. We saw over 40 houses until I found the one, I loved. The home my husband and I chose was the third house we saw. To my surprise Senswella was constantly checking the asking prices for all the homes we were once interested in. Months later she informs us the price went down and asked if we wanted to take a second look. We did. We placed our bid. We were homeowners in Deltona, FL! She is very timely and professional. She is very knowable of the process. She was always available for me day or night if I had any questions especially since I am a first-time home buyer.
